Leaving the village of Glenbeigh behind you and heading in the direction of the main road to Cahirciveen just beyond the village swing right along the road signposted for Rossbeigh / Rossbeigh beach. Continue along this minor road for 500m to a picnic area.
At the picninc area swing to the left and follow the marked route.
